Short History <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In order to promote fraternity between peoples living in the Union Republic of Myanmar and Peoples Republic of China and for execution of people\u2019s beneficial social economic development tasks, Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central) was initially founded on (30<\/span>th<\/span>) May \u2013 2013. At the time of starting to establish the Association President U Sein Win Aung led the establishment comprising 19 Executive Members with effect from 18-11-2023. President U Tin Oo has been taking responsibility of leading the Association. Then following under letter no. (506 (144) \/ 12 \/ President Office) dated 19-4-2023 had been organized and had received Internal Memorandum of Association Registration Certificate No. 1\/Internal\/0522 (18-9-2017) of Union Registration Board, Memorandum of Association No.1\/Internal\/0053 (2022) again on 25-4-2024.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

In Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association, participates various walks of life such as retired ambassadors, business entrepreneurs, retired government officials, intellectuals and technicians, youth business experts and educated youth well studied and know about, Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship History. Executive Committee members of Association take part in Business and Commercial Working Sub-Committee, Electricity and Security Working Sub-Committee, Health Working Sub-Committee, Religion and Culture Sub-Committee, Education and Sports Working Sub-Committee, Science and Technology Sub-Committee, and Tourism Sub-Committee, Foreign Relation and Industry Committee which are diversely organized sub-committees respectively and these committees cooperatively and actively taking part in regional development tasks and rendering social assistance works.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

While exerting effort on fraternity and social development tasks Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) for strengthening the Association and fraternity tasks effectively and diversely, then Association has organized Sub-Association in region wise, as of now the following Sub-Associations have been extensively organized.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

  • Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central) Taunggyi Sub-Office (6-3-2017).<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central) Muse Sub-Office (1-10-2017).<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  • Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central) Kachin Sub-Office (11-2-2020).<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Since from the time of commencement of organizing Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central), it continuously carried out social tasks and region development tasks in both Myanmar \u2013 China countries and under this intention, both countries not only made effort on increasing human resource, cultural exchange and also had extended reciprocal assistance in education sector, health sector and economic sector as well but also have been making social relief and resettlement for calamities developed due to natural disasters occur in both countries on the basic of human sympathy and consideration. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

      In Education Sector, in co-operation between Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association (Central) and The Chinese People\u2019s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), The Beijing People\u2019s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (BPAFFC), The Shanghai People\u2019s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SPAFFC), The Sichuan Province People\u2019s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SCPAFFC), The Hyinum People\u2019s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (HPAFFC), Students from Myanmar, under Scholarship Award were sent to China for studying profession subjects such as industry, medicine, agriculture and animal husbandry, hotel and goods manufacturing and production and manufacturing and other subjects for (3) year course and since then students from Myanmar were sent from Myanmar annually since 2016 and a total of 278 students had been sent to China up to this date. And besides Myanmar already had sent (22) students to Postgraduate Courses and Master\u2019s Degree Courses conducted at the Universities in China.<\/p>\r\n

      Within the country also in Myanmar (10) students from various States and Regions, having passed Basic Education Level and outstanding in educational qualification but confronting difficulty to continue their education due to their poverty have been supported Kyat (5) lakhs each yearly and up to date (642) students were being able to support in that manner.<\/p>\r\n

      With the objective of Myanmar Students to become qualified leaders in future, Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Associations (Central) has been undertaking to let youths from China and Asian countries meet together and exchange culture and experiences one another, for enabling them to attend forums and great seminars for study and gain experience on taking part in discussions, to promote fraternity and brotherhood and for having close friendship among future leaders of State respectively. With these aims and objects, Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association had been organizing students and Myanmar Business Youth Entrepreneurs for sending them to these forums and seminars, the Association had been able to send 155 students and youth entrepreneurs to ASEAN \u2013 China Cultural Festival \u2013 Beijing, Shanghai International Youth Interactive Friendship Camp, ASEAN-China Young Leader Exchange Festival which were carried out under the supervision leadership of Peoples Republic of China.<\/p>\r\n

      Patrons, Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Executive members Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association have been actively communicating with Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore, Philippines where Friendship Association have been established with China. And besides these members of Myanmar \u2013 China Association attend CHINA \u2013 ASEAN Conference On People to People Friendship Organization (P to P) Ceremonies which hold twice a year in member countries. Likewise representatives of China Myanmar Friendship Association are sent to attend friendship ceremonies cultural ceremonies, trade exhibitions and seasonal festivals hold in Peoples Republic of China.<\/p>\r\n

      Apart from taking up State and Region Development tasks, China \u2013 Myanmar Friendship Association (Central) also had carried out extending assistance in social works, education and health sectors at schools \/ dispensaries \/ roads & bridge construction & repairings, receiving drinking water and electricity etc. at townships locating along Kyauk Phyu – Kuming oil-gas pipeline has been set out. And then Association members either in co-operation among themselves or co-operating with other organizations offer donations often on utensils, medicines, medicaments and required funds to voluntary youth schools, Home for orphans, meditation, monasteries. Buddhist scripture teaching monasteries.<\/p>\r\n

      In future, Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) shall promote by raising momentum of friendship with foreign countries co-operating hand in hand through such nature of organization Association presently implementing in China. Myanmar \u2013 China Friendship Association shall proceed co-operation with Peoples Republic of China Friendship Associations with Foreign with Foreign Countries and shall make effort on increasing investments which hold countability between two countries, promoting reciprocal close relations and for having understanding and goodwill friendship much further between peoples of both countries and resolved firm determination to inherit our generations these goodwill friendship and understandings between the two countries.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Objective<\/b><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      The objective of Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) is to strengthen goodwill friendship more and more between peoples two countries of Myanmar-China with full understanding and confidence by promoting all round multi sectors and to support in a way on multi strategic relation between peoples of two countries Myanmar and China and then to create or act as a support in relation between government of both countries.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
